All of our breads are made using the best flour possible from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. We use slow, natural fermentation methods over 24-36 hours and hand shape all our breads. If we use fruit or vegetables in our special breads, usually featured in our bread of the month, we use seasonal produce as far as possible. We also offer Spelt great which is lower in gluten, but we cannot offer a gluten-free environment in our home kitchen.

Sorry – our bread order book is closed for the coming 2 weeks.  Orders for delivery on the 30th of November will open on Saturday the 24th of November.
