All of our breads are made using the best flour possible from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. We use slow, natural fermentation methods over 24-36 hours and hand shape all our breads. If we use fruit or vegetables in our special breads, usually featured in our bread of the month, we use seasonal produce as far as possible. We also offer Spelt great which is lower in gluten, but we cannot offer a gluten-free environment in our home kitchen.
All of our products are hand-made in our microbakery near St. Andrews Park.
You can place your order up until Wednesday at 10 a.m. (or until our order book is full for the week). Minimum order is £10 and delivery is free.
Deliveries are made on Fridays between 6 and 9 p.m and we currently deliver to Bristol BS6 and BS7 postcodes. We do our own deliveries so you know that your order will arrive looking as good as when it left our bakery.
