Cardamom Knots

Our new Cardamom Knots are a real taste of Nordic baking!  Cardamom buns are a staple of Swedish life, and if you’ve never tried one, you are in for a treat.  We freshly grind cardamom seeds to make the fragrant filling, twist the dough into the traditional Swedish knot shape, and finish them with a cardamom & sugar topping.  We recommend eating them warmed:  wrap in foil and pop them in a 180º oven for 5 minutes .  The cardamom spice pairs particularly well with coffee.

Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.  Can be frozen.
