Our own variation on the classic Danish pastry meant for slicing and sharing.  Chokoladestang is made from a slightly sweet dough wrapped around almond filling and chocolate crème pâtissière.  Topped with flaked almonds and chocolate icing.  Our Chokoladestang is made with single estate 72% dark chocolate from Venezuela (only the best for our pastries!)  Try it warmed for a wonderful weekend treat.

Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.  Delicious warmed in the oven for 7 minutes at 180C.
