Ginger Cake

Carla’s favourite. This is a dark, moist ginger cake with amazing depth of flavour, hand-finished with crystallised stem ginger. It keeps well too: up to 2 weeks (but it never lasts that long!).

Best eaten within 2 weeks of purchase.

Can be frozen.
