A traditional Danish pastry (the name translates as ‘cinnamon rod’) meant for slicing and sharing.  The slightly sweet dough is made with organic fresh yeast and has two fillings: cinnamon and vanilla crème pâtissière.  The Kanelstang is topped with chopped hazelnuts and finished with a vanilla icing.  Try it warmed for a wonderful weekend treat.

Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.  Delicious warmed in the oven for 7 minutes at 180C.
