Olive, Gruyère & Oregano Bread

This beautiful bread is a taste of the Mediterranean: filled with olives, cheese and herbs, rolled in a mix of toasted sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and maize, and drizzled with olive oil. A versatile bread that is great for picnics & packed lunches, with soup, or just on its own. A meal in itself – no sandwich filling required!

Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.  Can be frozen.

Good to Know:  Because our Olive & Gruyère Bread is so generously filled, the top of the loaves can sometimes ‘catch’ and blacken when baked (see main photo).  While this may change the outward appearance of the bread, it is as delicious as ever inside!
