Pumpkin & Pecan Cake

This cake is a real taste of Autumn!  We’ve add lots of toasted pecan pieces inside and on top of our moist, spiced pumpkin cake, then finished it off with a Canadian maple syrup icing.   Perfect for snacking on as the nights draw in!

Best eaten within 4 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
