Soda Bread

Classic Soda Bread made to Richard Corrigan’s recipe, with buttermilk and just a a touch of treacle & honey.  It tastes so good with a soup or stew, or topped with smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon.

Like all soda breads, ours is best eaten within 1 day of purchase, but it also freezes extremely well to enjoy later.
