Traditional Easter Biscuits

These enriched biscuits with currants are a seasonal favourite at Easter time.  We’ve embraced the Bristol tradition of flavouring our biscuits with Cassia oil, and we’ve also added a touch of zingy lemon zest for a beautiful flavour combination.  Perfect for nibbling with a cup of tea, these are very more-ish!

Best eaten within 4 days of purchase.

Can be frozen.
