Vegan Banana & Walnut Cake

Our wonderfully moist Banana & Walnut cake is packed with flavour.  Made with spelt flour and spiced with cinnamon & nutmeg, the cake is sweetened with Canadian maple syrup and finished with a sprinkle of unrefined demerara sugar.  Adapted from a recipe in Bristol-based Marianne Stewart’s book Nourish Cakes, this is a truly delicious treat that we are happy to offer as our first vegan cake.
