Vegan Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

We’ve combined the wonderful flavours of 72% Venezuelan dark chocolate and salty peanuts to make these delicious vegan cookies.  They have a classic chewy cookie texture and aren’t too sweet – a proper grown-up treat.  Made with gluten-free oat flour, they are also suitable for those choosing a low-gluten diet (not suitable for coeliacs, as we bake in a home kitchen).

Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.  Can be frozen.
